What layer of skin has nerves and blood vessels?

Isn’t a skin layer that has nerves and blood vessels hypodermis? Rather than dermis? I thought dermis has capillaries, blood vessels, and nerve ending. And hypodermis has blood vessels and nerve! ( I saw a question that blood vessels and nerves is dermis)

This is an area where the TEAS is a little tricky. For the TEAS, I recommend knowing that the dermis has vessels and nerves. The hypodermis is mostly connective tissue to cushion the body and connect the skin to the muscle underneath.
